The Intimate Event Package is perfect for smaller weddings, corporate events, or family gatherings. With exclusive use of Zuri Hall, this package offers an intimate ceremony, reception, or celebration.

Includes:

• Up to 80 Guests (Comfortably seats up to 80 guests in Zuri Hall)
• Exclusive Use of Zuri Hall
• 16-Foot Ceilings & Chandeliers (Elegantly designed for an upscale atmosphere)
• Loft Space Access (For photos, extra seating, or mingling)
• Bridal Suite (A private area for the bride or VIP guests)
• Commercial Kitchen Access (For catering services)
• Ample Parking (Available at the front and back of the venue)
• Event Setup & Breakdown (Tables and chairs set up and taken down by staff)
• Basic AV Equipment (Microphone, speakers, and projector available)

Hot Season Price: $2,000

Off-Season Price: $1,600

• Deposit: 50% deposit required at the time of booking ($1,000 hot season, $800 off-season).
• Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $1,000 is required.
• Payment Plan:
  • 50% deposit due at the time of booking.
  • 25% due 3 months before the event.
  • Remaining 25% due 30 days before the event.
