With its modern design, customizable layout, and premium services, your event is sure to be an unforgettable experience.

    Elegant Celebration Package Includes:

    • Exclusive Use of Nia Hall:
      Enjoy private access to Nia Hall for your entire event, ensuring a dedicated and personalized experience for you and your guests.
    • Capacity:
      Up to 120 guests – Ideal for larger gatherings, including weddings, receptions, corporate events, and milestone celebrations.
    • Customizable Layout:
      Nia Hall is designed to be flexible, allowing you to choose from various table configurations and room layouts to match the flow of your event.
    • Furniture & Setup:
      The package includes tables and chairs for your guests. Additional or specialty furniture can be arranged for an extra fee to meet your specific needs.
    • Parking:
      Ample parking is provided at both the front and rear of the venue, making it easy for your guests to access the venue.
    • Audio-Visual Equipment:
      Our sound system and microphones are included to enhance speeches, music, or multimedia presentations. Optional projectors and screens are available as upgrades.
    • Lighting:
      Standard ambient lighting is provided, creating the ideal atmosphere for your event. Custom up lighting and additional lighting features are available for an additional fee.

    Hot Season Price: $1,800

    Off-Season Price: $1,400

    • Deposit: 50% deposit required at the time of booking ($900 hot season, $700 off-season).
    • Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $1,000 is required.
    • Payment Plan:
      • 50% deposit due at the time of booking.
      • 25% due 3 months before the event.
      • Remaining 25% due 30 days before the event.
