Yes! Outside food catering is welcome. Please note, The Dream Space is not liable for any food-related issues. Cooking or open flames are not permitted in the venue.

Clients must remove all food from plates and take all garbage to the outside dumpster (located at the back parking corner, left) by the end of the event. If you’ve booked decor through The Dream Space decor team, we’ll handle decor cleanup; otherwise, clients are responsible for cleaning up their own decor and personal items.

The maximum capacity is 150 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate event termination without refund.

  • 60+ days before event: $1,000 of the deposit is non-refundable; any excess is refunded.
  • 30–59 days before event: 50% of the total rental fee is non-refundable.
  • Less than 30 days before event: 100% of the total rental fee is non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Your final guest count is due 14 days before the event.

No security deposit is required. If there are any damages or excessive cleaning required, a final invoice will be provided after the event.

A 50% deposit is due upon signing to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Late payments incur a 2% per day fee.

Alcohol service is permitted with proper permits and insurance. No BYOB is allowed without written approval. All alcohol service must comply with Manitoba regulations.

Yes. The following are not allowed:

  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons
  • Pets (except registered service animals)
  • Glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, fireworks, sparklers, sky lanterns, pyrotechnics
  • Nails, tacks, staples, or adhesive tape on walls/surfaces
  • Fog machines or haze without written approval
  • Helium balloons released outdoors
  • Cooking equipment or open flames (candles require written consent)

Music must end by 11:30 PM indoors or 10:00 PM outdoors. Outdoor music requires written approval, and the venue reserves the right to reduce volume at any time.

Professional photography and videography are allowed. Drone use requires written approval and insurance. You can choose whether to allow The Dream Space to use event photos for marketing.

Clients assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage caused by themselves, their guests, or vendors. If damages or excessive cleaning are needed, you will be invoiced after the event.

Yes, ample on-site parking is available. The venue is not responsible for vehicle damage or theft.
