The Loft – A Space for Creators & Professionals
For smaller gatherings, workshops, coaching sessions, and business meetings, The Loft offers a modern and versatile space. Designed for 6–10 guests in a boardroom setup or up to 15 guests in a flexible conference layout, it includes a TV, seating, tables, and Wi-Fi, making it ideal for creators, professionals, and intimate events.

Off-Site Booking Option:
This Birthday Party Decor Package is available for off-site venues. We can bring our stunning decor to any venue within the Winnipeg, Steinbach and surrounding areas or further upon request.
Booking Guidelines:
- Book Early: We recommend booking your date at least 4-6 months in advance, especially for busy seasons.
- Venue Selection: Choose Nia Hall, Zuri Hall, or your preferred off-site venue.
- Customization: Once your venue is selected, we’ll collaborate to choose your party’s theme, colors, and decor elements.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your birthday celebration.
- Final Walkthrough: A final walkthrough will be scheduled 14 days prior to your event.
- Setup & Breakdown: Our team will handle setup and breakdown, with arrival 2-3 hours prior to your event for setup and staying after for cleanup.
