Package Includes:

• Customizable Theme & Color Scheme: Choose from soft pastel colors, gender-neutral themes, or bold, vibrant designs.
• Centerpieces: Elegant, baby-themed centerpieces such as floral arrangements, mini gift baskets, or diaper cakes.
• Personalized Signage: Custom banners or signs celebrating the baby’s name, baby shower date, or special quotes.
• Photo Backdrops: Perfect for creating lasting memories, our photo booth backdrops come with custom designs or personalized messages.
• Table Settings: Complete table settings with custom linens, plates, glassware, and party favors.

Additional Features:

• Cake Table Setup: A beautiful, decorated table for your baby shower cake.
• Party Favors: Special favors for your guests to remember the occasion.
• Lighting & A/V: Basic lighting and audio equipment for a relaxing atmosphere. Additional lighting options and equipment are available for an extra fee.

Booking Guidelines:

1. Book Early: We recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance to ensure availability.
2. Venue Selection: Choose either Nia Hall, Zuri Hall, or an off-site location for your bridal shower.
3. Customization: After booking, we will arrange a consultation to finalize your color scheme, theme, and decor preferences.
4. Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
5. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
6. Final Walkthrough: A walkthrough will be arranged 14 days prior to your event to review and confirm all details.
7. Setup & Breakdown: Our team will arrive 5 hours prior for setup and will handle the breakdown after the event.

Off-Site Booking Option:

The Baby Shower Decor Package is also available for off-site venues. We’ll bring the same level of detail and care to your chosen location, ensuring your event is beautifully designed.

6. Final Walkthrough: Scheduled 14 days prior for final details.
7. Setup & Breakdown: Our team will handle setup and breakdown, arriving 4 hours before and finishing up after your event.

• On-Site Venue Booking (Nia or Zuri Hall):
  $1,800 (Up to 100 guests)
• Off-Site Booking:
  $2,000 (Includes decor setup at venues within the Steinbach area).
