Decor Elements:

• Customizable Theme & Color Scheme: Choose from a wide variety of romantic color palettes and themes, including florals, vintage elegance, modern chic, and more.
• Centerpieces: Stunning, tailored centerpieces to fit your bridal shower theme, from classic floral arrangements to trendy alternatives.
• Personalized Banners & Signage: Add custom banners with the bride's name, wedding date, or special quotes to make your event unique.
• Photo Backdrops: Beautifully designed photo booth backdrops to capture memorable moments with your guests.
• Table Settings: Elegant table settings with custom linens, glassware, plates, cutlery, and floral arrangements, all coordinated with your selected theme.

Additional Features:

• Cake Table Setup: A beautifully decorated cake table that is perfect for the bride’s cake cutting ceremony.

Off-Site Booking Option:

The Bridal Shower Decor Package is also available for off-site bookings. We will provide the same premium decor service for any venue of your choice, ensuring your bridal shower is as beautiful as you envision.

Booking Guidelines:

1. Book Early: We recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance to ensure availability.
2. Venue Selection: Choose either Nia Hall, Zuri Hall, or an off-site location for your bridal shower.
3. Customization: After booking, we will arrange a consultation to finalize your color scheme, theme, and decor preferences.
4. Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
5. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
6. Final Walkthrough: A walkthrough will be arranged 14 days prior to your event to review and confirm all details.
7. Setup & Breakdown: Our team will arrive 5 hours prior for setup and will handle the breakdown after the event.

Pricing for Decor Package:

• On-Site Venue Booking (Nia or Zuri Hall):
  $1,500 (Includes decor setup for up to 120 guests at Nia Hall or 80 guests at Zuri Hall)
• Off-Site Booking:
  $1,800 (Includes decor setup at any venue within the Steinbach area. Additional fees may apply for venues outside the area).

Optional Add-Ons:

• Custom floral arrangements
• Additional lighting or A/V equipment
• Balloon arches, flower walls, and other specialty decor
