    Off-Site Booking Option:

    This Corporate Event Decor Package is also available for off-site venues. We’ll bring the same high-quality decor services to any location within Winnipeg, Steinbach and surrounding areas.

    Booking Guidelines:

    1. Book Early: Secure your date by booking 3-4 months in advance.
    2. Venue Selection: Choose between Nia Hall, Zuri Hall, or an off-site location.
    3. Customization: Work with us to tailor your corporate event decor to match your company’s branding.
    4. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at booking.
    5. Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
    6. Final Walkthrough: A final walkthrough is scheduled 1 week prior to your event.
    7. Setup & Breakdown: We’ll handle setup and breakdown, with arrival 2-3 hours before the event.

    Pricing for Decor Package:

    • On-Site Venue Booking (Nia or Zuri Hall):
      $2000 (Includes decor setup for corporate events)
    • Off-Site Booking:
      $2,500 (For any venue within the Steinbach area).

    • A/V Equipment
    • Custom signage and branding
    • Lighting upgrades
