Booking Guidelines:

1. Book Early: We suggest booking 6 months in advance for a seamless planning experience.
2. Venue Selection: Choose between Nia Hall, Zuri Hall, or off-site venues.
3. Customization: We’ll work with you to select your wedding theme, colors, and decor.
4. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
5. Balance: The balance is due 45 days prior to the wedding day.
6. Final Walkthrough: Arranged 14 days prior to your event for final details.
7. Setup & Breakdown: Our team will set up 4 hours before and break down after your wedding.
