Booking Guidelines:

1. Book Early: To secure your desired date, we recommend booking the Graduation Celebration Decor Package at least 3-4 months in advance.
2. Venue Selection: You can select between Nia Hall or Zuri Hall based on your guest count, or choose off-site booking for your preferred venue.
3. Customization: After confirming your venue, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your color scheme, theme, and other decor preferences.
4. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and decor package.
5. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.
6. Final Walkthrough: A final walkthrough with our team will be scheduled 14 days before your event to review the decor plan, layout, and final adjustments.
7. Setup & Breakdown: Our team will arrive 5-6 hours before your event to set up the decor and will handle all breakdown after the event.
