Booking Guidelines:

1. Book Early: We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance, especially during busy seasons.
2. Venue Selection: Choose Nia Hall, Zuri Hall, or your preferred off-site venue.
3. Customization: After booking, we’ll arrange a consultation to finalize your child’s theme, colors, and specific decor items.
4. Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
5. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the event. 

   (Please note: Events booked within 45 days require full payment upon booking.)

6. Final Walkthrough: A final walkthrough will be scheduled 14 days prior to ensure every detail is in place.
7. Setup & Breakdown: Our team will handle setup and breakdown, arriving 4 hours prior to the event for setup and staying after the event for cleanup.
