Decor Elements Included:

• Customizable Themes & Color Schemes: Choose from a variety of fun themes such as Superheroes, Princesses & Fairies, Jungle Safari, Under the Sea, Space Adventures, and more. Our team will customize your decor to match your child’s favorite colors and theme.
• Themed Table Settings: Complete table setups including colorful plates, cups, napkins, and centerpieces that match the party’s theme.
• Photo Backdrop: A fun, themed backdrop perfect for capturing memories with your little guests. Options range from a princess castle to a superhero cityscape.
• Explore the endless fun with our Games & Activities Area: Take a pick from our collection of bouncy castles and soft toys(1 inflatable).

• Party Lighting: Soft, child-friendly lighting options to create a fun and festive atmosphere.
• Banners & Signage: Custom signage that displays the child’s name and age, adding an extra special touch to the party.

Off-Site Booking Option:

This Kids Birthday Party Decor Package is also available for off-site venues. We’ll provide the same fantastic decor at your preferred location, whether it’s a park, community hall, or your home.

Booking Guidelines:

1. Book Early: We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance, especially during busy seasons.
2. Venue Selection: Choose Nia Hall, Zuri Hall, or your preferred off-site venue.
3. Customization: After booking, we’ll arrange a consultation to finalize your child’s theme, colors, and specific decor items.
4. Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
5. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the event. 

   (Please note: Events booked within 45 days require full payment upon booking.)

6. Final Walkthrough: A final walkthrough will be scheduled 14 days prior to ensure every detail is in place.
7. Setup & Breakdown: Our team will handle setup and breakdown, arriving 4 hours prior to the event for setup and staying after the event for cleanup.

Pricing for Decor Package:

• On-Site Venue Booking (Nia or Zuri Hall):
  $2,800 (Includes decor setup for up to 100 guests).
• Off-Site Booking:
  $3,200(Decor setup at any venue within the Steinbach, Winnipeg, and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply for venues outside the area).
