Decor Elements Included:

• Traditional African Fabrics: Richly colored ankara, kente, shweshwe, or other traditional fabrics will adorn walls, tables, and chairs to bring the dowry ceremony's significance to life.
• Custom Centerpieces: Beautiful centerpieces inspired by African culture, featuring wooden sculptures, traditional pottery, beaded works, and fresh or silk floral arrangements that reflect the beauty of the ceremony.
• Colorful Garlands & Bunting: Decorate your space with colorful garlands, bunting, and flags that enhance the vibrant energy of the occasion.
• Cultural Signage: Custom banners or signs with African symbols or meaningful messages like "Roora", "Kutambira Mwana", or "Umakoti", adding authenticity to the ceremony.
• Dowry Table: A beautifully designed dowry gifts table featuring traditional items like handmade baskets, cloth, and decorative beads, to display family heirlooms or dowry contributions.

Available add-ons for an additional fee:

• Lighting: Soft, warm lighting or vibrant colored lighting to enhance the cultural atmosphere, creating the perfect environment for dancing, socializing, and celebrating.
• Live Traditional Music: Authentic drummers or musicians to enhance the cultural atmosphere (additional cost applies).
• Custom Entertainment: Include traditional dancers or storytellers for an even more immersive experience (additional cost applies).
• Cultural Food Setup: Traditional African buffet-style food presentations (available on request).

Off-Site Booking Option:

This Dowry Celebration Package is available for off-site venues. We can bring our stunning decor to any location within the Steinbach and Winnipeg area or further, ensuring you get the full experience no matter where your ceremony is held.

Booking Guidelines:

1. Book Early: We suggest booking 6 months in advance for a seamless planning experience.
2. Venue Selection: Choose between Nia Hall, Zuri Hall, or off-site venues.
3. Customization: We’ll work with you to select your wedding theme, colors, and decor.
4. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
5. Balance: The balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding day.
6. Final Walkthrough: Arranged 14 days prior to your event for final details.
7. Setup & Breakdown: Our team will set up 4 hours before and break down after your wedding.

Pricing for Decor Package:

• On-Site Venue Booking (Nia or Zuri Hall):
  $2,800 (Includes decor setup for up to 120 guests).

• Off-Site Booking:
  $3,200 (Decor setup at any venue within the Steinbach and Winnipeg area. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area).
