Decor Elements:
- Customizable Theme & Color Scheme: Choose from a variety of color palettes and graduation-themed decor options such as balloons, banners, table settings, and backdrops.
- Centerpieces: Elegant, themed centerpieces to match your event’s color scheme and mood.
- Graduation Signage & Banners: Personalized banners with your graduate's name, year, or school to add a unique touch.
- Backdrops for Photos: Set up a photo booth backdrop for guests to take memorable photos with custom signage.
- Table Settings: Complete table settings including linens, plates, glassware, cutlery, and napkins, all coordinated with your chosen color scheme.

Off-Site Booking Option:
If you prefer to host your graduation celebration at an off-site location, our decor package is available for off-site rentals as well. Our design team will carefully coordinate all decor elements to ensure a seamless experience no matter the venue.
Booking Guidelines:
- Book Early: To secure your desired date, we recommend booking the Graduation Celebration Decor Package at least 3-4 months in advance.
- Venue Selection: You can select between Nia Hall or Zuri Hall based on your guest count, or choose off-site booking for your preferred venue.
- Customization: After confirming your venue, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your color scheme, theme, and other decor preferences.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and decor package.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.
- Final Walkthrough: A final walkthrough with our team will be scheduled 14 days before your event to review the decor plan, layout, and final adjustments.
- Setup & Breakdown: Our team will arrive 5-6 hours before your event to set up the decor and will handle all breakdown after the event.

$1,800 (Includes all decor elements, setup, and breakdown for up to 120 guests at Nia Hall or 80 guests at Zuri Hall) -
Off-Site Booking:
$2,000 (Includes decor setup and breakdown at any venue of your choice within the Steinbach and Winnipeg area. Additional travel fees may apply for venues outside the area).

- Custom Centerpieces: Beautiful centerpieces inspired by African culture, featuring wooden sculptures, traditional pottery, beaded works, and fresh or silk floral arrangements that reflect the beauty of the ceremony.
- Colorful Garlands & Bunting: Decorate your space with colorful garlands, bunting, and flags that enhance the vibrant energy of the occasion.
- Cultural Signage: Custom banners or signs with African symbols or meaningful messages like "Roora", "Kutambira Mwana", or "Umakoti", adding authenticity to the ceremony.
